MOLLY DUERIG
Molly is a journalist, creative producer and educator. Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, she is currently completing her master’s degree in journalism at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University. Previously she oversaw a youth media program at Pittsburgh Filmmakers, and has produced many multimedia projects with a variety of nonprofits, creatives and artists. A lifelong storyteller, she hopes to continue multimedia work through investigative journalism in the future.
JASON KRELL
Jason Krell is, above all else, an esports journalist. He is currently a contractor for Tespa, a network of college clubs founded to promote gaming culture and host the best college esports events and competitions. He is also studying for a Master’s in Sports Journalism at Arizona State University’s Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication. He has previously written for websites like Kotaku and Polygon, as well as a greater number of smaller sites.
Jason is an editor at heart, and he wants to help lend legitimacy for the esports journalism industry by helping other writers grow. He is currently expanding his skillset to include radio and video.
KATHERINE NOWICKI
Katherine is currently a Master’s student at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication. Katherine has experience with writing for local papers and magazines in both Nebraska and California. She also wrote blogs, press releases, and social media posts during her time as a content specialist at an Omaha based communications agency. She is especially interested in stories about the arts, especially music and theater.
